Once [MPDF-48] fix will be released, reports based on 'internal' reporting
plugins will be available in generated PDF documents.
However 'external' reporting plugins, like JavaDoc have never been supported.
Even if it raises technical challenges, and valid doubts on the readability of
such reports in a PDF document, they are in some cases required (ex: regulatory
requirement)
