Today there is not way to configure to ignore non compile scoped artefacts
(*[ignoreNonCompile|https://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-dependency-plugin/analyze-mojo.html#ignoreNonCompile])*
/ certain ignored artifacts
(*[ignoredDependencies|https://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-dependency-plugin/analyze-mojo.html#ignoredDependencies]
)* out of analyze-dep-mgt mojo.
it would be very sueful to ignore test scoped artifacts or certain enlisted
artifacts to be ignored out of analyze-dep-mgt mojo.
other mojos like analyze / analyze-olnly provide this support.
