Remove the dependency {{surefire-junit4}} from the POM {{sysadmin}}.
It MUST NOT be in dependencies of project. Our documentation say that the
providers should present in dependencies of particular plugin. Use IntelliJ
IDEA and autocompletion shows you that there is <dependencies> within <plugin>.
But do not put it there because Surefire automatically activates
{{surefire-junit4}} internally unless another provider is specified.
Personally I use {{surefire-junit47} because it is a bit faster.
As a summary, all to do is to remove dependency {{surefire-junit4}} from the
POM {{sysadmin}} and it should be fine then.
