Plugin does not support that command line Maven uses to different target
directories for classes and test classes.
The problem showed when I run a Java application in Eclipse and
/src/test/resources/log4j.properties is placed under
/target/classes/log4j.properties and NOT /target/test-classes/log4j.properties.
