Create tearDown for the continuum-webapp-test

Some of the tests do not clean themselves. Also, some tests may require
identical tearDown()'s ( or at least, part of it ). It would be nice if things
are reverted back to the default every after tests, and that this be done in
AbstractContinuumTestCase ( to prevent tearDown() duplication ).
