Currently the bannerRight style is only applied to images. This causes
problems when only a name (and optionally a url) is provided in the site
descriptor, as the text will not be right aligned.
Tested by building maven-site-plugin which depends on doxia
1.0-alpha-9-SNAPSHOT, and using it to build a site as described in MSITE-203.
