I do not know why the junit5 team reported it here. It's not our problem. We 
have to select a class and distribute the load across JVMs and therefore we 
have to select distinct class in each JVM different. So the class must be 
selected in the particular JVM and the junit5 engine has to understand the 
nested classes too. The same works with JUnit4 and the TestNG engines but it 
does not work with JUnit5 engines.
