Actually, Flexmark does produce the {{<code>}} element. It's Doxia's weird
implementation that specifically prevents the default behavior of Flexmark.
Maybe for very-old-backward compatibility?
I'll submit a PR where most of the specific code for handling Markdown is
removed (and let Flexmark do its job).
We'll see how this goes.
