Scenario:
User is logged in to continuum website (http://localhost/continuum).
User closes browser.
After some time, user opens browser and enters http://localhost/continuum.
Continuum displays the group summary page with the message "Project Groups list
is empty.".
User refreshes browser, and the correct project group list appears.
I would expect to see the correct project list immediately.
