I've tested this on a Macbook, where I have all my JDKs installed through
Homebrew. All of them have been discovered, so that's good!
But I've also tested this on a Windows machine, where I've used
[scoop](https://scoop.sh/) to install two JDKs. The
`display-discovered-jdk-toolchains` goal only discovers openjdk21 (the active
one) but fails to discover openjdk17.
