I have successfully run `mvn install` on all pull requests mentioned in [this comment](https://github.com/apache/maven/pull/1401#issuecomment-1973493856), except this last one which produce the following error message: > [ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-plugin-plugin:3.11.1-SNAPSHOT:descriptor (default-descriptor) on project maven-compiler-plugin: The API of the mojo scanner is not compatible with this plugin version. Please check the plugin dependencies configured in the POM and ensure the versions match.: 'boolean org.apache.maven.plugin.descriptor.MojoDescriptor.isV4Api()' -> [Help 1] Since I'm new to Maven internal, I do not know yet where to look for fixing this error.
