We have history of releases eg:
[https://maven.apache.org/pom/asf/#history]
[https://maven.apache.org/pom/maven/#history]
[https://maven.apache.org/pom/maven/maven-plugins/#history]
We can replace it by link to GitHub tags/releases and everybody can find what
is interesting for them.
All of them are manually edited during release preparing.
We should avoid manual steps during release.
