Fix For: 3.3.0
The default value for {{bestPractice}} is currently {{false}} but user can flip
it to {{true}} using plugin configuration.
Starting in 3.3.0 release, the default value of it will be flipped to {{true}},
leaving option for users to flip it to {{false}} via configuration.
Last, probably in 3.4.0 the complete set of related parameters (bestPractice
and related deprecated ones) are going to be removed.
