The Maven4 resolver provider is now part of
https://github.com/apache/maven/tree/master/impl/maven-impl which makes it
harder to identify the pieces which make up the resolver provider parts. There
should be some more clarification what package/class is relevant in this
context in
https://github.com/apache/maven-resolver/blob/maven-resolver-2.0.3/src/site/xdoc/index.xml.
