The prefixes for the clusters: Maven implementation and Maven Compatibility are
not set leading to broken links in https://maven.apache.org/ref/4-LATEST/.
The logic in
https://github.com/apache/maven/blob/3952d00ce65df6753b63a51e86b1f626c55a8df2/src/graph/ReactorGraph.java#L198-L199
looks wrong
E.g. https://maven.apache.org/ref/4-LATEST/maven-model-builder must rather
point to
https://maven.apache.org/ref/4-LATEST/maven-compat-modules/maven-model-builder/
and https://maven.apache.org/ref/4-LATEST/maven-core rather to
https://maven.apache.org/ref/4-LATEST/maven-impl-modules/maven-core/
