Options in the user settings.xml influence the tests

I set outputDirectory to "bin" in my settings.xml which breaks the tests.
As a workaround, I suggest to copy the file, strip all plugin options from it,
write it to a temporary place and use that in the tests. This way, proxy
settings will still work.
