I found I needed to have:
\<scm>
\<connection>scm:clearcase:./configspecs/DEV_AAA-stream-latest.txt\</connection>
\<developerConnection>scm:clearcase:./configspecs/DEV_AAA-stream-latest.txt\</developerConnection>
\</scm>
in order to get maven2, continuum and clearcase to work. Then I created the
file mentioned above, and put a main latest style config spec in there.
