When the CVS URL is not correct because the module name is misspelled, the
error output always is "Embedded error: Exception while executing SCM command.
Username isn't defined."
This is misleading, since the username is definitely correct. This took me
more than 2 hours to figure out and should be fixed by issuing a more
applicable error message.
