We are using Maven with Bamboo on Windows, the page used to display the build
log performs very badly when rendering large logs and we've discovered that the
single biggest contributor is the thousands of lines that record progress on
uploading and downloading dependencies. E.g.

What's a sensible way to switch this off or change the increment for each line?
If someone can suggest an approach and area of the code to focus on I'll try to
supply a patch.
