Ports the 8 BeanShell IT scripts under
`maven-archetype-plugin/src/it/projects` to Groovy, keeping the same checks;
only `create-from-project-exclude-patterns/verify` needed a syntax change (`new
String[] {…}` → `[…] as String[]`). The rename is a separate commit so the port
reads as a diff. Part of apache/maven#13207.
Verified: `mvn verify -Prun-its -pl maven-archetype-plugin -am
-Dinvoker.test=<the 6 IT projects>` → Passed: 6, Failed: 0.
