`ChangeLogReport.getSiteRenderer()` only returned the inherited `siteRenderer` field, which is exactly what `AbstractMavenReport` does. The override also pins the deprecated `Renderer` return type: with apache/maven-reporting-impl#251, where the field becomes a `SiteRenderer`, `return siteRenderer` in a `Renderer`-typed method no longer compiles. Removing it works against reporting-impl 4.0.0 and 4.1.0 alike, and `doxia-site-renderer` was only declared for that import, so it goes too (dependency:analyze flags it otherwise).
