Companion tests for apache/maven#13209. Verify typed service injection and matching immutable request metadata in parallel parent/child builds, including file output and unavailable detection. A separate Java 8 plugin compiled against Maven 3.6.3 reads the map without new capability types or reflection. Validation: focused Core ITs, including the existing forced-color regression, passed on modified Maven 3.10.
