Updated in 165fe72. The helper now documents that it resolves only pure
`${...}` placeholders from the adjacent `pom.properties`; compound expressions
remain out of scope. Blank or missing property values preserve the unresolved
coordinate, while concrete coordinates are never overwritten. Added coverage
for resolved, partial, missing, blank, and compound-expression cases.
Validation: `mvn -Denforcer.skip=true -Dspotless.check.skip=true
-Dspotless.apply.skip=true -Dtest=DeployFileMojoUnitTest test` passed (18
tests), and `git diff --check` passed. The standalone Spotless check remains
blocked locally by the existing JDK 27 / Palantir formatter incompatibility.
