Replaces the deprecated `IndexSearcher.doc(int)` and `IndexReader.document(int)` with `storedFields().document(int)`, and `Query.rewrite(IndexReader)` with `rewrite(IndexSearcher)`. The lines match #766, so its rebase gets no new conflicts; `DefaultIndexerEngine` is left alone because #766 also changes the line next to it. Not in this PR: the `TopScoreDocCollector.create` and `IndexSearcher.search(Query, Collector)` deprecations. Moving to `TopScoreDocCollectorManager` changes the return type of the protected `DefaultSearchEngine.doSearchWithCeiling`, which #766 already does as part of the Lucene 10 upgrade. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
