doapstore.org now hosts malware (raised in the 3.0.0-M2 vote thread). This removes it and the other dead catalogue links (doapspace.org, swik.net, pingthesemanticweb.com, zitgist.com) from `examples/doap-in-use` and the FAQ, and keeps the page and its URL.
