Applied and pushed the requested JDK 8 guard in bc48313: testInvalidJdkDoesNotPreventDiscovery is now annotated with @DisabledOnJre(JRE.JAVA_8), matching testDiscovery because Java 8 may expose a JRE without bin/javac.
