The `@deprecated` notes added in #423 now say to migrate to `MessageBuilderFactory` only once a plugin or extension requires Maven 3.10.0 or later, and to keep using this package until then. The plugin minimum is 3.9.0 ([compatibility plan](https://maven.apache.org/developers/compatibility-plan.html)), so an unconditional "use X instead" led to apache/maven-artifact-plugin#264 dropping working message styling.
