Thanks @rmannibucau! Good point — the deprecated `get*` bridge methods could indeed be dropped since 4.0.0 GA hasn't been released yet. I've kept them here to ease migration from the existing 4.0.0-alpha/beta artifacts, but I'm happy to remove them in a follow-up or squash them into this PR before merge if you prefer.
