That's what I expected and why I thought that this workaround should help us, but it unfortunately doesn't. I assume this then means that `the very first denial per remote repository is verified` simply doesn't fulfil the requirements for skipping and thus this feature doesn't help us. The initial reason why this happens with 3.10.0 is that due to using Resolver 2.0.x prefix filtering is enabled by default. Thanks for your help.
