Fixes #92 by reverting #72. With both `getOutputPath()` and `getOutputName()` as default methods that call each other, a report that implements neither compiles and fails with `StackOverflowError` at runtime. `getOutputName()` is abstract again, as in 4.0.0, so the compiler catches a report that implements neither. #72 was never released, so this is no change from 4.0.0 for existing reports. This is an alternative to #93, which keeps both defaults and fails at runtime with `UnsupportedOperationException`. A default shipped in 4.1.0 could not be taken back without breaking reports that stop implementing `getOutputName()`, so this keeps that option open until the method is removed in a major release. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
