Fixes #13349. The model description of `distributionManagement/status` suggested that the field is updated as part of the build. Maven only copies an existing value when merging models (`ModelMerger`), and `DefaultModelValidator` reports an error for a `status` in the effective model. This rewords the description to say that Maven itself never sets or updates the field, which is only meaningful when written by repository tooling.
