Every job downloaded its JDK from Azul, since GitHub's runners ship only Temurin in their tool cache. The jobs now use Temurin, except JDK 8 on macOS: Temurin has no JDK 8 for macOS on Apple Silicon, so that job keeps Zulu. JDKs the runners do not ship are already cached by setup-java's `cache: 'maven'`.
