Still applies: plexus-archiver creates every symlink entry with `Files.createSymbolicLink`, which on Windows needs the "Create symbolic links" right or Developer Mode, and `ignorePermissions` doesn't change that. The fix belongs in plexus-archiver; codehaus-plexus/plexus-archiver#506 tracks a fallback for when the link can't be created. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
