Backport of #13269 to `maven-3.10.x`. Adapted for 3.10.x (uses `MavenCli` instead of `MavenInvoker`/`BaseParser`): - Print usage (same output as `mvn -h`) and exit 0 when `mvn` is invoked with no arguments and no POM is found (via `MavenCli.commands()`) - Clean up -f/--file missing-file error: remove `exit 1` from shell scripts; the Java layer validates and produces proper error messages - Fix mvn.cmd -f/--file error messages: add [ERROR] prefix for consistency - Catch IllegalArgumentException in ProjectModelResolver and wrap as UnresolvableModelException - Add tests for wrong range format (e.g. `[1:2)`) in ProjectModelResolver -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
