Fixes #1834. The agent now pipes and pumps each `INHERIT` stream on its own, which also covers `redirectErrorStream(true)` with an inherited stdout. It copies the redirects instead of overwriting the `ProcessBuilder`'s array, and the pump thread is named and a daemon thread. Verified: `ExecOutputTest.cleanTestInheritStderrOnly` fails with the current agent and passes with this change (local JDK 17, clean builds); full `./mvnw clean verify` passes. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
