Closing this as a duplicate of #2603. The first part is already handled: you can exclude a single test with `-Dtest=!SomeTest` (since 2.19), or with `excludes` / `-Dsurefire.excludesFile`. The second part, running tests in the order you list them, still isn't supported. The `test` patterns only filter which tests run, and the order comes from `runOrder`.
