Addressed in commit ee54f8f58f: Reverted the merger.vm template change to avoid forward coupling across models, keeping the explicit key overrides scoped to DefaultSettingsBuilder and reused in SettingsUtilsV4. Added testDominantMirrorWinsOnConflict in SettingsUtilsTest with same-ID mirrors to validate the sourceDominant fix. Removed the trailing blank line in SettingsUtilsTest.
