Backport of #13577 to maven-3.10.x. An aggregator goal on the command line builds a project once more after the reactor, and the progress counter of `ExecutionEventLogger` took it for one more project, so that the output went past the total, as in `[4/3]`. A project built again now shows the number it was given the first time. The same behaviour is in 3.9.16. The patch did not apply as it was, because `maven-embedder` is a top level module on this branch and has a smaller test class, so the change and the new test were written again for it. `testMultiModuleProjectBuiltAgainKeepsItsNumber` fails without the change. `maven-embedder` and its dependencies pass (44 tests) and spotless is clean. I did not run the integration tests. --- To make clear that you license your contribution under the [Apache License Version 2.0, January 2004](https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0) check one of the following: - [x] I hereby declare this contribution to be licensed under the [Apache License Version 2.0, January 2004](https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0) - [x] I hereby declare that I have filed an [Apache Individual Contributor License Agreement](https://www.apache.org/licenses/icla.pdf). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
