Contributes to #13467 (Quick Win 1). This PR migrates the console event loggers (`PlainExecutionEventLogger`, `RichExecutionEventLogger`, and `MachineExecutionEventLogger`) from Maven 3's `ExecutionListener` to the Maven 4 v4 API (`org.apache.maven.api.ExecutionListener`). Key changes: - Migrated plain, rich, and machine loggers to use v4 `ExecutionEvent`, `Project`, and `Session`. - Added `ExecutionListenerAdapter` to wrap v4 listeners so `MavenInvoker` and existing callers continue to work as-is without breaking changes. - Added v4 `ExecutionEvent` handling and `initReactor(Session)` to `RichBuildEventListener`. - Added support for reactor resumption (`--resume-from`) and duration tracking through the adapter. - Updated the existing unit tests in `impl/maven-cli` to test through the adapter.
