It's pre-existing on master, though: this PR copies `.github/` verbatim onto the 3.x branch as part of the branch swap, so I'd rather not touch it here — fixing it in this PR would make the template diverge from the current master instead of being a faithful carry-over. It's worth a separate one-liner, independent of the swap (and since the field's label is "Bug description", `id: description` is indeed the right value — same for the matching field in `FEATURE.yml`).
