Port of #1844 to `mvnd-1.x`. The 1.x line compiles for Java 8, so the open options are a `HashSet` and the owner check looks up `user.name` through the file system's `UserPrincipalLookupService` (skipped when it cannot be resolved) instead of using `ProcessHandle`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
