## Summary Improve the diagnostic output of `RequireUpperBoundDeps` by including a suggested `<dependencyManagement>` configuration when dependency version conflicts are detected. ## Motivation Resolving transitive dependency version conflicts can require users to inspect dependency paths and manually determine which version to manage.
