Below 768 px the two banners stack, and on maven.apache.org the right one, a second Maven logo, pushes the page down by about 100 px. This hides the right banner on phones when a left banner is shown. A site with only a right banner keeps it. Verified: maven-site rendered with this skin, home page at 390 px → breadcrumb top 216 → 113 px; unchanged at 768 and 1280 px.
