Sets `relativizeSiteLinks` to `false`, so the banners and the menu links to other Maven sites keep the absolute `https://maven.apache.org/...` URLs that the site descriptor already uses. Relativized links such as `../../images/...` resolve only where a site is published, so local renders, fork previews and staging copies had broken logos and menu links. Closes #559 Verified: maven-archiver master rendered with `-DrelativizeSiteLinks=false` → 0 links above the site root, against 374 with the default. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
