With `deriveBreadcrumbsFromMenu` on (#684, unreleased), the menus and menu items that contain the document now follow the declared breadcrumbs instead of replacing them only when none are declared. Nearly every site inherits breadcrumbs (Apache / Maven on all Maven sites), so before this the menu trail never showed. For #658's example the trail becomes Apache / Maven / Maven Repositories / Maven Central Repository. A derived link whose address is already declared is not repeated. The option's `@since` moves from 2.1.1 to 2.2.0, the release it ships in. maven-site-plugin exposes the option once it builds against sitetools 2.2.0 (apache/maven-site-plugin#1300).
