`inline()` removed the `semantics` attribute while iterating over the same attribute set, so any attribute after it, such as `semantics=code, class=language-java`, threw a `ConcurrentModificationException`. Parsers never hit it because they add `semantics` last; a macro or report that builds the set in the other order does (found while fixing #1106).
