Adds a section to the "Configuring Reports" example that explains which report sets run: the reports of all report sets of a plugin are collected, `inherited=false` keeps a set out of child modules, and each report then decides whether it can run for the module. That is why a `pom` module usually shows only the aggregate report. Fixes #820 Verified: a reactor with jxr report sets `default`, `aggregate` (`inherited=false`) and `tests`, built with `mvn site` → the parent generates only `aggregate`, a `jar` child `jxr` and `test-jxr`, a `pom` child nothing; the table on the page lists these results. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
