Fixes #799: MINVOKER-289 now asserts that `touch.txt` exists. not-clone-not-plugin checked a directory that plugin packaging never uses; it now asserts that neither `target/it` nor `target/its` was created and that the nested project built in place. Three IT pairs become one IT each: script-streamLogs (true and false), rerun-build-invoker-test (property and configuration) and fail-ignore (with and without `verify`).
