Moves 17 ITs into unit tests: transformer behaviour (resource bundles, XML without DTD resolution, manifest entries, Sisu indexes, Apache NOTICE project name and year, Groovy static extensions), relocation (annotations, string constants, enums, absolute resource paths, includes and excludes, serialized lambdas, run from a shaded jar in an isolated class loader), the module-info warning, skip, and unmatched artifact-set patterns. Ten more ITs are removed because existing tests assert the same thing, with new tests where the existing ones fell short. Each new test fails when the production line it guards is broken. The serialized-lambda test now deserializes the lambda in the shaded class loader, and reloc-class-from-string-pool's fixture called the dotted array case twice and never the slashed one; it now runs both. The dependency-reduced-POM ITs stay. Part of apache/maven#13822.
