The .asf.yaml schema has no `archived` setting, so since PR #21 every push
to this repository has made ASF Infra reject the whole `github` block and mail
the committer:

unexpected key not in schema 'archived'
in "maven-hocon-extension.git/.asf.yaml::github", line 3, column 1
```
A repository is archived through an INFRA ticket, not through this file.
Dropping the key lets Infra apply the rest of the block again (the issues
setting and the default branch ruleset, neither of which is active on the
repository today). It does not change whether the component is retired.
